I’m a lifelong business entrepreneur, salon owner and founder of Salon Profit Recovery Partners.

I’ve been in the salon business for over 15 years and have learned so much from all my successes and yes, failures too! I want to share what I’ve learned with salon owners and stylists to help strengthen and grow the collective of our industry.

We created a suite of financial services that provide insight into the cost structure of running a salon or chair and offer recommendations on pricing strategies for different levels of salon ownership.

Small changes can equal big results and a thorough understanding of expenses is the first step. That means more time saved (we all need that!) and more revenue to spend on marketing, education and other investments that will help your salon thrive.
